Mgr. Andrea Boboková

Andrea graduated with a Master’s degree from Comenius University in Bratislava (Mgr., 2012). She began her practice in the field of intellectual property law in 2017 at Brichta & Partners, where she served as a junior associate starting in 2020 and has continued as an attorney-at-law since 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in advocacy and strategic litigation related to the creation, enforcement, and implementation of Slovakia's migration, asylum, and integration policies.

• Representing clients, multinational companies from the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and clothing industries, in litigation concerning infringement of intellectual property rights and protection of rights against unfair competition. Representing clients in alternative domain dispute resolution proceedings.
• Elaborating analyses in connection with setting procedural strategies in litigation, as well as strategic advice on out-of-court settlement of disputes arising in the field of intellectual property rights.
• Active participation in financial administration trainings aimed at providing up-to-date information on methodologies and tools used in counterfeit detection.
• Strategic advice on the territorial extension of IPR protection and comprehensive management of IPR portfolios in client projects covering all major economic regions of the world.
• Audits of food packaging compliance with national and European legislation, including the assessment of health claims.
